About us

This platform was built by a building auditor who had to audit years of receipts for a residential tower and could not find a tool that kept every rial documented.

Our story

This platform began with an audit. A building auditor was asked to review the books of a residential tower with years of charges, hundreds of payment receipts, maintenance costs, contractor agreements and several changes of management.

What was available is what many buildings have: receipt photos buried in chat threads, spreadsheets edited by several people, ledgers that didn't match the next manager's, and numbers nobody could explain. Answering the owners' simplest question, "what should each unit have paid, what did it pay, and where did the money go?", meant rebuilding the past from scratch.

There were tools that made recording easy, but none built to prove: to give every rial a basis, a document and a history, so that no number could change silently. So we built one.

Our mission

To make the finances of residential buildings transparent, documented and audit-ready, so boards can stand confidently before owners, residents know what they paid and why, and auditors can trace every number to its source.

Our principles

  • Transparency. Every number can be explained: which formula produced a charge, what a payment was for, which document and fund backed an expense.
  • Nothing is deleted. Financial records are never deleted; mistakes are voided with a reason, and the audit log shows who changed what, and when.
  • Each building's data is its own. Data is isolated per building at the database level and belongs to that building's owners and residents.
  • Respect for residents. Residents can see their own account at any time, only their own, and are always addressed clearly and politely.

If you are facing the same boxes of receipts and scattered spreadsheets, we'd be glad to talk. Request a demo
