Each building, its own data and rules
Every building's data is kept separate. Roles and permissions are set per building for managers, the board, staff and residents, and everyone sees only their part.
DetailsOne platform for managers, boards, staff and residents; from the charge formula to the board report, with a document behind every number.
Every building's data is kept separate. Roles and permissions are set per building for managers, the board, staff and residents, and everyone sees only their part.
DetailsEach unit's area, floor, occupants, parking and storage are recorded, and the charge formula is defined once: by any of these or a mix, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
DetailsEvery period, charges are issued to all units. Residents send receipts from their phones, the amount and date are read from the image, and once approved the unit's balance updates.
DetailsBank, charge fund, reserve and petty cash each keep their own ledger and balance. Every expense is recorded with its vendor, source and document, and no financial record is ever deleted.
DetailsPool, gym and roof garden are booked with per-unit quotas, and lobby attendants, caretakers and guards complete their daily checklists in the staff panel.
DetailsNotices and debt reminders go out by SMS, Bale and Telegram, and the board sees income, expenses, receivables and every unit's statement, ready to print or export to Excel.

Solutions
Every building has a public page at its own address; residents sign in to their panel from there.
A web platform for running the finances and operations of residential buildings, built on one principle: every rial of charges, transparent and documented. It covers charge calculation and issuing, receipts and payments, funds, documented expenses, facility booking, reports, announcements and staff checklists. No financial record is ever deleted, and a full audit log shows who changed what, and when. It works in Persian and English and installs on phones. See all features
Boards and managers of mid-to-large residential towers and complexes (typically ten units or more), building management companies running several buildings, and building accountants and auditors. If your building has a meaningful budget, staff, shared facilities or a multi-member board, and you want to answer owners with documented reports, it is built for you. Solutions for towers
Each building defines its own charge formula, following its owners' resolution: by area, floor, occupants, parking, storage or a combination. Cycles can be monthly, seasonal or yearly, with due dates and late-fee rules, and issuing can be automatic. Levies for one-off costs are issued separately. Try your numbers with the charge calculator or read about charge management.
Financial records are never deleted. Mistakes are voided with a reason and the history is kept, and every important action is recorded in the audit log. Access is role-based, and each building's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Data is backed up regularly, and hosting inside Iran is available. Security details
Our subscription plans are listed on the pricing page. Because buildings differ in size, number of buildings, shared facilities and the volume of past records to bring in, the best way to get a quote that fits is to contact us and request a demo. Our team will follow up with a proposal for your building or company.
Yes. Many buildings have years of paper or photographed receipts and documents. Our team helps import historical records: we first agree a starting point and opening balances with your board, then past records are entered and documented together with our team, planned around the volume and condition of your documents. Request a demo to discuss it.
