Our platform is built for towers and mid-to-large residential complexes, building management companies and building auditors. It runs in Persian (right-to-left) and English, supports light and dark mode, and installs on a phone as an app (PWA). Each building has its own isolated data and separate panels for management, the board, staff and residents, with roles and permissions configurable per building.
Charge management
Define each building's charge formula once: by area, floor, number of occupants, parking, storage, or a combined formula. Choose monthly, seasonal or yearly cycles, set due dates and late-fee rules, and optionally issue charges automatically. Levies are issued separately.
Audit-ready accounting
Nothing financial is ever deleted; corrections are voided with a reason. Residents submit receipts from their phones, management approves them, and payments are allocated oldest-first. Bank, cash, charge fund, reserve fund and petty cash are tracked separately, and every expense carries its counterparty, payment source and attached document.
Resident portal
Residents see their unit statement, submit receipts, tag what each payment is for, and find the building's payment methods, announcements and community groups.
Facility booking
Pool, gym, roof garden and other shared facilities, with schedules, fees, per-unit quotas and full-day, half-day or slot bookings. Rules are enforced and fees become building income.
Reports
Income vs. expense, funds, receivables and aging, expense breakdown, charge trend, budget vs. actual, bookings, checklist compliance and audit activity, compared by month, season or year.
Messaging
Message templates with preview for SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Bale and Eitaa, plus building announcements and links to community groups.
Operations
Daily checklists for lobby staff, caretakers and guards, a staff panel, and a public page for every building.
