Messaging and announcements

Consistent, professional message templates for SMS and messaging apps, official building announcements, and easy access to the building's community groups.

Building communication is usually scattered: a message in a group chat, a note on the elevator door, a few texts from the manager's personal phone. Some residents never hear the news, the tone varies, and there is no record of what was announced and when. Our messaging module brings order to it.

Message templates

Create templates for recurring situations:

  • charge due-date reminders;
  • a new charge cycle issued;
  • overdue balance reminders;
  • payment received confirmations;
  • maintenance or outage notices;
  • owners' meeting invitations.

Templates support variables such as resident name, unit number, amount and due date, so each message is personal while the tone and structure stay consistent.

Channels

Templates can be defined for SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Bale and Eitaa, each with a preview showing the final text with sample values. Sending through each channel requires connecting the building's provider account; we coordinate the status of each channel with you during onboarding.

Announcements

Announcements are published in the resident portal, so every resident sees them, including those who are not in any group chat. Each announcement is dated, so there is a record of what was communicated and when.

Community groups

Links to the building's groups and channels on messaging apps are shown in the resident portal, so new residents can join without asking around.

Respectful by design

Clear, consistent and polite reminders work better than sharp or personal messages. Templates make sure every resident is addressed the same way and that key details (amount, cycle, due date, how to pay) are always included.

Privacy

Contact details are used only for building communication and are never shown to other residents. Financial messages are private to each unit.
