In many towers, booking the pool or roof garden still means a paper book in the lobby or a message to the manager. The result: overlapping bookings, units that use more than their share, fees that are never recorded, and arguments that end up at the board. Our booking module makes it orderly, fair and documented.
Define your facilities
Pool, sauna, gym, roof garden, party room or any shared space. Each facility gets its own schedule, fee and rules.
Schedules and booking types
- Operating days and hours for each facility.
- Full-day, half-day or fixed time slots.
- Dates shown in the Jalali calendar, with Gregorian equivalents.
Per-unit quotas
Set how many bookings each unit may make per week or month. Once a unit reaches its quota, new bookings are refused. The same rule applies to everyone, with no case-by-case judgement for the lobby staff.
Fees become building income
If a facility has a fee, it is shown at booking time, added to the unit's statement and recorded as building income in the accounts and reports.
Example
The roof garden costs 1.5 million tomans per half-day, with a quota of two half-days per unit per month. Unit 12 books two Fridays; 3 million tomans is added to its statement. A third booking that month is refused. At month end, the bookings report shows how often the roof garden was used and the income it generated.
Rules enforced on the server
Overlaps, quotas and operating hours are enforced by the server, not just the interface, so they cannot be bypassed.
Staff can book
Lobby staff can book on behalf of residents who don't use phones, under the same rules and quotas. Each booking records who made it.
Reports
The bookings report shows usage and income per facility per period, giving the board real data for decisions on hours, fees and quotas. See reports.
