Much of a building manager's time goes to the same questions: "How much do I owe?", "Did you get my receipt?", "What's the building's card number?" The resident portal answers them before they are asked, and respects residents' right to know what they paid and why.
On any phone
The portal runs in the phone's browser and can be installed like an app (PWA). It works in Persian and English, in light or dark mode.
Unit statement
Each resident sees their own unit's statement:
- charges issued each cycle, with due dates;
- levies, with clear titles;
- facility booking fees;
- recorded payments and their approval status;
- the unit's balance or credit.
Submitting a receipt
- The resident pays through one of the building's payment methods.
- They upload the receipt photo, amount and date.
- They tag the payment purpose: running charge, levy or booking fee.
- Management reviews and approves it.
- The payment appears on the statement, allocated to the oldest debt first.
For example, a unit owes 2 million from last cycle and 4 million from this one. A 3 million payment settles last cycle and puts 1 million toward the current one, leaving 3 million due, and that is exactly what the resident sees.
Payment methods
Each building lists its card number, account, IBAN or payment link in the portal, so nobody has to search a group chat for them.
Booking, announcements and groups
Residents book shared facilities from the portal (see facility booking), read building announcements and find links to the building's community groups.
Privacy
Residents see only their own unit. Other units' balances and personal details are never shown.
Request a demo to see the portal from both the resident's and the manager's side.
