Automatic plate recognition gate (ANPR)
A camera reads the plate and the gate opens automatically for authorised vehicles and registered guests. Every passage is recorded with an image and time.

Each unit's and guest parking spots are mapped, and parking in someone else's spot gets reported. With sensors, live occupancy is shown too.

The shared garage charger is booked by slot and each unit's energy use is billed to that unit. Nobody pays for someone else's charging.
